"A and e"

Visited a and e this evening, no communication between doctors, nurses and receptionist. Very disappointed with lack of knowledge of my records. Doctor in a and e said I should try and stick to my mental health appointment, I told them I have waited two years for this appointment so I am hardly likely to miss it. Asked me what I wanted to be done? I didn't realise I'd been trained as a doctor and would be asked for my opinion I could hardly walk or string a sentence together let alone give a diagnosis! Totally awful treatment, found a lady half naked in the toilet and the other toilet was strewn with toilet paper. Totally awfully experience
