"Ward 7A - Royal Liverpool Hospital"

(as a staff member posting for a patient/service user),

I am currently on ward 7A of the Royal Liverpool Hospital and have been here for a week. Some of the treatment I've received since I was admitted has been poor. I am vegetarian and have been served meat, a particularly disruptive patient was admitted to the ward and a lot of the nurses time were taken up with him to the detriment of the rest and today my mum was shouted at by a nurse when she was trying to explain about our plans for the day. I also keep getting promised a scan which doesn't happen.
