"top class service"

(as the patient),

I have trouble with my balance following knee operations and was referred to the Muscular Skeletal Service for physiotherapy. The young lady who treated me, Claire Gillespie, was top class.

Claire explained everything to me very clearly, showed me exercises that would improve my balance, and then watched me do them to ensure I was doing them correctly. She gave me a print out of the exercises to take away and do them at home.

I have now been doing the exercises for 4 days and am already beginning to feel an improvement in my balance.

When I left the clinic I was asked to fill in a form, I explained to the girl on the desk that I had poor eyesight and could not see well enough to write although I could read the form. The young girl filled the form in for me no bother.

All the people at the clinic were very helpful, I’m looking forward to going again.
