Was transferred from sandwell hospital to D7 after suffering a series of heat attacks. All staff on all levels were brilliant. Took care of me with pride and real care & empathy. The sister was totally amazing. After being at a different hospital hospital on the way and being spoken to like a child by one member of staff I was not looking forward to having to stay in hospital but the staff at city were so much nicer and kinder. Spoke to you with respect and always kept you informed on all treatment plans. Would highly recommend city hospital. Thank you to all the staff at city hospital you made my stay a lot easier and a lot less frightening.
