"Helpful, professional and friendly staff"

About: Queen's Hospital, Burton Upon Trent

Very supportive and friendly staff. They treated me with respect and gave me all information I needed. My issue was explained to me in a professional manner. I get a privacy and time after finding out bed news. Also I had a few questions a few days later and I got all my answers through phone call.

I would definitely recommend this place to other patients. The hospital is clean and tidy. Thank you for your help.
