"Caring, respectful and reassuring..... Thank You!!"

I was referred to the service in regards to a mole that needed to be looked at. From walking on to the unit (and whilst wandering a little lost) all staff I approached were so kind and helpful it put a smile on my face and eased any apprehension

From walking on to the unit, the admin team, support staff (very lovely and chatty)and the Doctor (chatty,patient and explained everything so well), showed genuine care and treated me as an individual. I felt listened to, understood and reasured in a relaxed manner plus being offered a room to undress and make use of a gown if required felt respectful and dignified.

I will be returning for treatment.

The follow up appointment was booked flexibly around myself and I feel much calmer in regards to my next visit

Thank you very much for the care provided (I am also a health professional so often naturally look a little deeper but, I cannot fault anything about this service)
