What could be improved

The system installed that the A & E staff have to work by makes it alot slower for everyone & a permanent cleaner needs to be employed there!

Anything else?

the waiting times were ridiculous. the new treatment clinic is lovely, but we should be told we need to go to clinic 1 not fracture clinic as we then couldn't find where we were supposed to be and sadly I am still waiting to find out when my daughter's next appointment is as we had a 2 hour wait & by then the recptionist had gone home & we were told to leave our note on the desk & an appointment would be sent to us
