"Peerless treatment by every member of staff"

About: Leeds General Infirmary

I was admitted to the Cardiothoracic surgery department on 5 August 2015 for a TAVI procedure.

I was treated with great courtesy and kindness by everyone involved.

The procedure was completed successfully and I was home again in 3 days. The professionalism of everyone was breathtaking and I would like to thank them all for making what could have been quite a nerve-wracking experience as reassuring and comfortable as possible.

Dear Anonymous,

Thank you so much for taking the time to write to us, it is wonderful to read that you had such a positive experience whilst in our care.

It is pleasing to know that you felt re-assured and comfortable and that the staff showed you kindness and professionalism throughout your treatment.

I have passed your comments on to the Cardiothoracic Surgery Department so that they are aware of the good work that they are doing.

Again I would like to thank you for taking the time to post your views and I hope that you are doing well.

With kind regards

Rosie Horsman
