"Asked why I had attended a&e at dewsbury today!"

About: Dewsbury & District Hospital

I was sent to a&e department on the advice from Gp surgery which I had attended the same morning. On arrival I checked in at the desk. The doctor or registrar I saw asked me why I had gone today I replied I have been sent by my go surgery as I have severe lower right abdominal pain with nausea etc. could hardly stand up in so much m pain, they said this is not the place for you! Do you want to go home your Gp practice should send you for tests etc. The doctor said if we take your blood it will take hours for results to come back the nurse replied "no it will only be an hour the will be back". So they did them I had my obs done too. The nurse said they're also slightly tachycardic. The doctor said she's ok. When my blood results came back there was infection/ elevated levels the doctor said it's probably the water infection. The doctor never suggested to look into this further told me to go home still in severe pain go and see your doctor. Well I couldn't that was Friday now I have had to stay like this all weekend with no answer to what's causing my pain and other symptoms which I've had since Wednesday now. I've never ever being treated in that manor before by any nhs staff it's disgusting. The doctor was very rude, they walked slowly and hesitantly to patients, they didn't know what the doctor was saying or doing. God help anyone that can't speak or anyone unconscious they would send them home!
