"Staff and Support"

Staff are rude, dismissive unprofessional and simply don't care. My mother, who suffers from dimentia and weighs 35kg, is being compulsiveky sick and was admitted to A&E last night and discharged this morning without any paperwork. When i called for information staff were dissmissive and bumped me around different numbers until we eventully reach a number that nobody picks up.
