What I liked

The quickness and the way I was dealt with. It took a total of two weeks from initially seeing my own GP to being referred to the breast care screening unit, having tests and receiving my results. I was treated as an idividual by all the staff I came into contact with. The Head of the Hospital, and the NHS, should be very proud to have an efficient and caring group of people working for them. Luckily I have only used the hospitals facilites on two occassions, both times I have been dealt with professionally and with great care.
