"Day case surgery"

Visited with day case patient who had a tonsillectomy. All the staff were very kind and polite and the atmosphere was calm although they were clearly very busy and short of space. The department was very clean. There was good waiting area with refreshments for everyone and post-operative care was very attentive. The staff remained cheerful throughout a very long day and we were allowed to stay until the patient felt fit enough to return home. Excellent information was provided. Thank you to everyone.
