The emotional as well as the physical effects of my condition ( IIH) was proving to be very traumatic. I know it wasn't life threatening, but it was life changing and the effects is had a terrible impact on every aspect of my life.
After a very long 2 year battle I was operated 3 weeks ago and I've never felt better . All of the symptoms disappeared. I can now live a happy life without my illness dragging me down .
The doctor and their team were absolutely implacable through- out my care and the nursing staff on Victor Horsley are simply amazing . From the bottom of my heart , I thank you all for you patience , support , understand and giving me the best care possible .
