"Day Surgery Excellence"

From pre assessment through to discharge my experience was positive. Delay experienced at pre assessment due to the nurse spending more time with the elderly lady before - not begrudge once I knew.

On arrival at the day surgery ward I was impressed with the efficient yet personal processing from all staff.

I had been too dazed after the anaesthetic to ask the questions of the surgeon when offered. When I felt ready they had left the hospital. The sister spent time looking through my notes and answering my questions.

I wasn't rushed to leave before I was ready to and they were satisfied I was ready. Thank you all
