"wonderful service by wonderful staff"

About: Bishop Auckland Hospital

I was nervous for my forthcoming appointent to have a needle inserted in my hip which had caused me pain for a long while but I needn't have been. From the moment I checked in at reception on the Ultrasound Dept I was made to feel comfortable and welcomed by the staff who were there. The nurse who called me and stayed throughout the procedure, kept making sure that I was ok and reassuring me that all was going well. The Specialist who carried out the whole thing was so pleasant and informed me at all stages about what was happening. Then I noticed when I came out that I had been dealt with before my original appointment time... Thank you doesnt seem enough to the wonderful service recived from the wonderful staff.
