We were so impressed by each member of staff who treated my sister today. Everyone introduced themselves, explained their role in treatment, described each procedure, and dealt with my sister and the family with respect and honesty. Special mention of Doctor and Senior Nurse(?) for their gentleness, careful explanations, reassurance and frankness throughout.
