What could be improved

The car parking/ help with transport to hospital costs. I hold a hc1 for which helps with transport costs to hospital. I traveled from Bilsthorpe by car to Kings Mill (15 mins) I paid 2.40p for parking, 3 pounds in fuel costs totaling 5.40p. I filled in the expenses form only to be told I would only be paid 10p per mile expenses with no help for car parking costs leaving me 3 pounds out of pocket. So in future I will be using the bus where the ticket costs me 5 pounds and a two bus ride journey away (2hrs)and you pay that in full. I dont see why people with an hc1 certificate shouldnt get help with parking costs.

Anything else?

It should be free parking for all patients/visitors like wales/scotland why should we subsidise there free parking by having to pay ourselves
