"Wonderful and committed staff"

About: The Tunbridge Wells Hospital

Our daughter was born on 11 August at Tunbridge Wells Hospital. Leading up to the birth we were managed extremely well by the team, including staff at Triage and the Antenatal Ward. After the birth we spent 2 days in the Postnatal Ward where we were taken aback by the level of attention, help and assistance we received. The support greatly improved our confidence in becoming parents for the first time. The staff were friendly, welcoming and professional - never once unwilling to help either during the day or during the night.

We were very pleased to learn that you and your wife were so well supported and looked after in relation to the birth of your daughter.

Hearing from patients and relatives is really helpful for both the Trust and for other prospective parents.

Thank you very much for sharing your experience, which has been passed on to the teams involved.

With best wishes, The PALS Team.
