May I take this opportunity to express my appreciation and thanks to the nursing staff at Pembleton House, Nuneaton.
My wife, Rita , was sent there from Walsgrave five weeks ago in a very poor state and me truly wondering if she will ever return to her joyful self.
I have seen a remarkable change in her ability to speak lucidly, write, which she was unable to do and recall people's names most of which had been forgotten including my own and our children.
It is a joy to hear her say how much she enjoys staying there where she can freely communicate with others and participate in the varied activities available.
I can only say how much we appreciate the wonderful work your staff do, their kindness and the results achieved in such a short time.
Thanks a million.
"A note of appreciation."
