My mum had an operation on her feet, done at a different hospital after care was due to be at Queen Elizabeth, after weeks of her complaining something wasn't right, it turns out stitches were left inside of the now closed up wounds! Which in itself I find discusiting To make matters worse to get them out they used a not to numbing spray an digged out just one of the stitches, my mum was in so much pain she was crying uncontrollably. After talking to a private nurse this procedure should have been done with a general annispecic, an communication is poor in this hospital it's disgraceful, she has been asked to go back Monday for the same procedure on the other foot. No way in hell will I b letting her go through this again should be ashamed of yourself, this happend in the fracture clinic
"Shocking"
