I had an emergency ear appointment at the same time as an appointment in the Haematology Clinic, I arrived at the Haematology Clinic 30 minutes early and they agreed to see me straight away, I was then able to make the ENT appointment on time. Everyone was excellent and I was in and out of the hospital in under an hour!
Never have I been treated so well! Excellent service!
