"Lovely staff member redeemed our faith"

After writing the previous review about trying to get a cup of tea, we finally got the tea at 8.10 which is now going cold in the side as our relative has gone back to sleep, but the person with the breakfast has just asked if we the family would like a drink or anything to eat, they showed lots of care and compassion and has redeemed our faith completely that there are some caring people around, they are a diamond and credit where credit is due a star on Holly Ward x

Little things make such a difference at these difficult times, also the staff in the WRVS shop yesterday 13/8/15 were brilliant x
