Read this is you want to hear truth about this Neonatal Unit

I was in the neonatal unit with my baby and I was so shocked with the service.

1. Some staff are rude and heavy handed with your baby 2. Do not tell you what plans they have for your baby 3. They tell you say if there is anything wrong tell them when you do they think your taking over there job.

4. The cleansiness of the staff and people coming in and out is so bad.

5. Some parents get away with having people come in any time and some nurses say nothing 6. Some parents have way to many people coming in and out and are always hovering over your baby and staff say nothing.

Nurses should treat parents better simple manners when they are on the phone to you or in person.

I had a very bad experience I hope you don't have the same a name of nurse to watch out for.

One nurse is the worse nurse i have ever meet treated me like a child told me of and my baby was crying cause they were harsh and very heavy handed. They need re-training something needs to be done.
