"Fantastic hospital!"

I only have good things to say about this hospital and its staff. My Gynaecologist is great, very personal, though not a person of many words they are very efficient and easily took any worry away from me. After seeing them I was swiftly booked into the hospital for a little surgery with an overnight stay. Everything went smoothly, though my patient pack was sent to the wrong address initially the pre-admission team rang me and made sure I got the patient pack ASAP. The communication was simply great. After my surgery my nurse checked in on me frequently and took great care of me. One could tell that they loved what they were doing and truly cared me as a patient

I really felt in good hands. Even members of the catering team were amazing, very friendly and helpful at all times. I had a follow up appointment today at the Outpatient Centre and the nurses there are absolutely amazing too. Unlike other hospitals the staff here at BMI are busy but they still take their time to make you feel comfortable, smile at you and ask if you everything is okay. This is great patient care and I feel consultant and nurses work very closely together at this hospital to create a very positive patient experience. I can only recommend BMI Blackheath.
