"To thank staff in ward 18 at Wishaw General hospital."

About: University Hospital Wishaw / General Surgery (Wards 16-18)

(as the patient),

I was admitted at the end of July and remained for two nights.

The nurses attention was excellent, compassionate and very professional. The care was second to none. They carried out their caring with cheerful and tender professionalism.

I would like to mention a few who cared for me. The nurses were Linsey, Moirai, Tom and Lee-anne. I must say a special thanks to Dr Brian who Is first rate at inserting an IV cannula! Best ever!

Thank you for taking the time to feedback, I’m so glad you had such a positive experience.

It’s really important that you have confidence in the staff and the treatment and care you receive while in hospital. It’s really rewarding for staff to be recognised and thanked for their commitment and dedication, but it also inspires and motivates the rest of the team.

It will be my pleasure to share your praise with Linsey, Moirai, Tom, Lee-Anne, Dr Brian and the rest of the team within ward 18.
