What I liked

All paperwork beforehand was very informative and helpful. Step by step.

What could be improved

Parking could be a bit of a problem...but the staff were wonderful and took me out to the car that was waiting for me, so my daughter did not need to 'park'.

Anything else?

All the staff were VERY friendly and helpful and made me feel at ease. Everyone was smiling, and that on a Monday!
