"Eye Appointment"

About: Edgware Community Hospital

My routine cataract was a failure. Couldn't get an emergency appointment to see some one. Went to Moorfield and Royal Free for help as was in pain. Both said wait for appointment and Edgware in 5 weeks time. They had no notes to use and I could discuss them at Edgware. After 5 weeks there were no notes at my appointment and doctor could not help. Made another appointment for two weeks later to see consultant. I rang again about notes being available before going. Went today and doctor could not help as no pre or post operative notes. Enough to drive you mad. What a bad and dangerous service.
