What I liked
I bought my daughter into A&E on Sunday after being referred from SNOWDOC. I would just like to thank the Nurse and Nurse Practioner who looked after us. My daughter is 2 and had hurt her arm and couldn't move it. They were brilliant with her and sorted the problem within minutes which was amazing to see as she had a pulled elbow. It is always awful when something happens to your own child especially as I had no idea how this had happened and both members of staff were just brilliant and made her arm better - thank you so much.
What could be improved
