"The ladies at reception are so nice!"

About: Crosshouse Hospital

(as a relative),

I have never been into a hospital in my life where the ladies at reception are so nice. They really are amazing.

I’m not sure of their names but the four women at the entrance are the most friendly, caring women I’ve ever met and a credit to the hospital. I asked the ladies several questions and they were so cheery I also saw them asking you if you wanted a seat and were so caring.

We are very fortunate to have all our volunteers who give up lots of time to spend at the welcome desk (and other tasks).
