What I liked
The nurse practitioners and doctors and the receptionists staff in the rheumatology department
are very good indeed.
What could be improved
I was fined £40 for overstaying in a short stay car park despite the fact I have a blue badge and there was nowhere else to park. Daylight robbery!
Anything else?
On entering the hospital one is faced with a cafe which is very busy with people eating and patients, visitors and staff alike are eating there. I saw patients being pushed through the cafe on trolleys. `horrible. `it looks a dirty area and one thinks "no wonder there is MRSA" They shoul get rid of the cafe (there is one downstairs) and smarten up the area. Make it look like a hospital not a shopping centre
