Great team of excellent nurses, doctors made being a patient on their ward feel cared for, professional at all times, but so friendly too.

Spotlessly clean, housekeeping & refreshment team equally as lovely to the patients.

Nursing assistants & nurses always in your bay to see if needs could be met.

Very fortunate myself in not serious condition but seeing how wonderful patients and their relatives are treated was so heart warming.

Great example of team working together well.

This ward, its staff and the West Suffolk Hospital should be copied in every hospital.
