"one of the horrible hospital I ever been"

About: Homerton University Hospital

my booked appointment was cancelled 4 times. Its been 7 months now I am still waiting for the insole. I even had to complain to Ombudsmen about their service. I am thinking to go lawyer for their negligence and the way they treated me.
