What I liked

I was treated in the Day Surgery unit. The whole team under the guidance of the Doctor were exceptionally good - keeping me informed at all times. The experience, never one to be looked forward to, was made easier by the confidence given to me by the Doctor.

The staff in the Day Surgery unit could not have been kinder or more professional. thank you all.

What could be improved

One night's stay on a ward would have helped me to understand the next steps to my recovery. Release the same day without a follow-up appointment is probably leaving a patient feeling unsure of what to expect.

Anything else?

The toast was simply awful. It should never be given to well people, let alone sick ones. Better quality should be a choice even if a charge were to be made.
