"Rapid Access Chest Pain Clinic"

The Rapid Access clinic is run extremely well. I was always seen within 20 mins of my appointment time and tests were conducted very efficiently with well trained and informed staff.

The Specialist Nurse in Cardiology was hugely knowledgeable with great communication skills who kept me informed of my condition and treatment throughout. The advice they gave me was real world and sensible.

I was referred on to another hospital for further investigations and the referral process was flawless.

I have now been discharged but with the reassurance that the clinic and its staff are there if I need them.

I would highly recommend the West Middlesex Hospital. It is not nice being ill but the staff made me feel informed and involved.
