"Waste of time"

After attending more than 8 sessions of physio I can honestly say we have made no progress whatsoever, the physiotherapist couldn't be less interested if they tried. They clearly have no idea of the underlying problem and has no interest to try and think of ways to resolve if either- we're all just another patient in the line they have to see to get through the day.

The physio department itself is very cramped with very open small rooms sectioned off by a curtain making for no privacy from reception or anyone else being seen. The pillow and bed they make you lie on are disgusting, looking as though they have never been washed before. I even had to ask the physio for some hygienic blue roll to lay down which they laughed off they had forgotten to do.

Needing to cancel an appointment on an occasion I was spoken to by a very rude receptionist who clearly couldn't be bothered to deal with any calls politely, I was told if I cancelled again I would be stopped from going even though I apologised several times and explained my work wouldn't allow the time off.

I then had to phone again very reluctantly after last time and spoke to a lovely receptionist who changed my appointment with no hassle and was very understanding of work commitments. It's a shame they aren't all like this.
