I had to visit the Michael Heal Urology Dept for a prostrate biopsy. From start to finish all members of the staff were personable, attentive and professional - reception to procedure. Thanks to staff for making what is an unpleasant experience tolerable and acceptable.

It is always great to be able to feed back to the staff when patients feel that they have received good service.
