My mother was transferred from the Western General to Bristol Royal Infirmary to have further treatment following an aortic aneurism.
The two crew members, Matt and Sam, were marvelous. They took real good care of my mother, making sure she was comfortable at all times and have a bit of banter and a joke with her to keep her spirits up.
I accompanied my mother in the ambulance and I too was treated very well, they let me know what they were doing and checked that I was OK.
