I've phoned the 111 service three times recently.
The service I have received has been marvellous. One Saturday morning, I was mowing my lawn when I had bad chest pains.
I phoned the service, and a doctor arrived within half an hour, which was fantastic.
Wonderful service – keep up the good work!
