Many thanks for all the care, help and support, I have received during my stay.

It was difficult in the beginning to adjust to life in a care home having been so independent prior to my fall.

However without this period of convalescence I would not have the confidence to return home.

Thank you all so much for all your positivity and faith in me returning home.

Thankyou very much for such lovely feedback, this service was set up a year ago to help people like youselves who don't require an acute Hospital bed; but need more support to return home. I am so pleased it worked for you!! I will certainly pass on your comments to the team, they will be thrilled!!
