"Practitioner really helped me to relax"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

The care and attention I received from my practitioner was very good. Just multiple things happened with someone who understands what being anxious is all about.

She really helped me to use my own mind and relax.

I would recommend more centres like yours are needed all over.
