"Patient cares"

About: West Suffolk Hospital

The my husband David recently spent just over a month in hospital including A & E, CDU, F7, G3.5,9 and 4 wards. Many thanks to all the nurses, assistant nurses, doctors etc, in fact to everyone whop helped with his care. Since he has Demetia I write this on his behalf. The staff were caring and his confusion on returning has been less than I feared. At no time did I feel he was neglected. My only problem was sometimes having difficulty in understanding doctors for whom English is not their first language. Also parking remains a problem.

Thank you for writing and submitting such a lovely review.

We will pass it on to the wards named who will be delighted to receive such positive feedback, particularly with regards to their dementia care.

We will also feed back the comments about the communication challenges with some of our doctors.
