"Appalling attitude from secretary"

About: Medway Maritime Hospital

Awful service by the consultant's secretary. I have never experienced anyone as rude as them. Trying to get hold of Dr shall due to having a lupus flare up, the seretary informs me I will have to get re- referred and it's a very long waiting list.... I ask them well what do I do with no medication whilst having a flare up ( the last flare shut my whole body down I couldn't walk!) the secretary basically said "oh well you will have to get referred again" very lovely helpful person not! I will be taking a complaint further. Let's hope I don't suffer any serious damage with this flare up because I won't be seen due to a very high waiting list. When I rang private though they was very helpful
