"Well done"

On the 10th of August I was admitted to Droitwich hospital for a routine inguinal hernia repair. Over the last few years my wife and I have had quite a considerable number of experiences varying from minor operations to long term cancer care within the NHS, not all of them good. None of these have even come close to the experience my wife and I experienced today. It was exceptional in all aspects from the reception to the surgeon. From the moment we entered the hospital nothing was a problem, your staff were very polite, kind, friendly, respectful and at all times very professional in the way they conducted themselves in all a credit to your hospital. There attention to detail and the clarity with which they explained every aspect of my procedure was first class. The level of service and care provided before and after my operation was first class. My lunch/afternoon tea was very good, fresh and good quality and very welcome after several hours without a drink or food. Please pass on my gratitude and thanks to all the members of your staff who looked after us yesterday. Yours sincerely
