I was given the opportunity to drop off my daughter and have to say, the staff were extremely helpful, kind and compassionate. Offered a drink on arrival and treated with huge respect. The downside was the smell on entering. Thought I was entering an old peoples' home! I hope my daughter will get something out of the detox experience
