About: Chase Farm Hospital

I attended the blood test unit on Monday, 10th August 2015 and due to incorrect signage myself and another equally confused patient ended up walking around the hospital for around 20 minutes. The worst thing is that the phlebotomist confirmed that they are aware of this for a while now and had made the hospital management aware of the problem. I cannot understand why it is yet to be rectified even though such a change does not require much investment. I appreciate the hospital re-development requires a number of changes and at times things go wrong, but being aware of a problem and not doing anything about it is unacceptable. Imagine I was an elderly person with walking difficulties...
