"Absolutely useless!"

I arrived at the walk in centre expecting it to be just that, I arrived at 2040, so 50mins before it closed, to be told that they wouldn't treat me without an appointment as they needed to be finished on time- there were two people in the waiting room. If you're not going to see patients up until the closing time, that time shoudnt be advertised, and 2 patients in nearly an hr is an appalling patient:ratio to get through. I drove out of my way, whilst unwell to come and see a doctor. I should have just gone home. Utterly useless
