"Good experience dealing with anxiety"

About: Six Degrees IAPT

(as the patient),

I have had a good experience here with my counselling. I have been given a lot of helpful support in learning to cope with my anxiety. I just wish there were more counsellors to help with the large caseloads so that people could be seen more regularly
