About: Six Degrees IAPT

Take control course and sessions

I didn’t know what to expect in the first instance but the experience proved helpful to me. There were many different aspects to sessions, some more beneficial than others. I have taken some of the tools to help me try and forward with my anxiety. I know its not a quick fix but I have material now to help me when I need it.

The practitioners were lovely and let me talk and listened to me. I found that a great help and I would like to say a big thank you to six degrees.
