What could be improved

1) Staff. The staff there were blatantly ingorant, rude and aggressive towards my husband, who has lung cancer, a lung abscess and an infection. He is very weak and has high temperatures, to which they throw open the windows and leave him freezing cold. They also bang equipment and items when they do not want to be there.

2. Cleanliness. The CDU unit is filthy, when you walk in there there is a strange smell in there. Also, my husband has been admitted twice and has caught MRSA both times. Also, my husband's room has not been cleaned for 2 or 3 days, which he needs it doing daily.

Anything else?

The service here is just appalling, i wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The staff's attitude is awful, the hygiene is terrible and is just a hindrance to your health. Since my husband was in there his health has just deteriorated.
