Amazingly prompt service as seen immediately by reception staff to gain our details. Seen less than 5 minutes later by appropriate medical staff, quick treatment and advice given and able to leave within 10 minutes of arrival. My nervous son felt reassured by the friendly and welcoming staff. Couldn't have hoped for better - a wet Cornish Monday morning brightened by the staff and service received. Thank you.
